About The University of Delhi  :
The University of Delhi South Campus conducts various teaching programmes under different faculties. Students joining courses such as English, Hindi, Philosophy, Sanskrit, Political Science, History, Commerce and Mathematics at the masters level, have the option to get themselves enrolled in the University, either through college or directly at the South Campus. Students have to fill in a Centralized Registration Form for admission, as the classes for these programmes are held in the South Campus and not in the Colleges. In all other subjects, the students, after getting the Admission Slip, have to get enrolled in the South Campus itself.

Courses such as Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Business Economics (MBE), Master of Finance and Control (MFC), M.Sc. Informatics have their own admission procedure etc.

Details:
The Common Entrance Test will be held on Sunday, the 7th February, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m

Eligibility :
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from the University of Delhi or any other University recognized as equivalent thereto, with at least 50 percent in aggregate. Relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ST/CW/PH candidates. Candidates, appearing in the final year degree examination may also apply. Reservation of seats for SC/ST/CW/PH/OBC and foreign candidates are admissible as per the University rules

Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Chennai, Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Mumbai and Guwahati

How To Apply:
The Prospectus and Application Form can be obtained in person or by post from The Section Officer, Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi-110007, against a Bank Draft from a Nationalized Bank of Rs 500/- for one course and Rs 800/- for both the courses (Rs. 400/- and Rs. 600/- respectively for the SC/ST/PH/OBC category), drawn in favour of the Registrar, University of Delhi, payable at Delhi/New Delhi. If desired by post, send one self-addressed envelope (28 cm x 22 cms) with a demand draft of Rs 600/- for one course and Rs 900/- for both courses (Rs 500/- and Rs 700/- respectively only for SC/ST/PH/OBC category. Write name, address, telephone, centre and course(s) applied for at the back of Bank Draft. Also enclose three self addressed (size 10” X 4 ½”) envelopes with postage stamps of Rs 5/- affixed on each envelope for delivery of Admit Card etc. along with the duly filled in application form.
