Essentail Qualification:
Should possess a degree in Engineering in Civil or Mechanical from a recognized university or institution.

Essential Qualification:
is an Ex-Indian Commissioned Officer of the rank of Colonel or Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent rank of the Indian Navy or Indian Air Force; Provided that the Government may, in exceptional circumstances and for reasons to recorded in writing, relax this condition: Provided further that in case no suitable person as specified in this clause is available, an Ex-Emergency Commissioned Officer of any of the ranks mentioned therein, shall be eligible for appointment to the Service Produces release order and Pension Payment Order issued by the concerned authorities ; and is a Matriculate of recognized university or possesses equivalent qualifications.
