As a natural collolary, NIPM has been conducting academic conferring Post Graduate Diploma in Personal Management(PGDPM) since 1978.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any decipline with minimum of 50% marks. or Honours degree or Master’s degree or Graduate with 3 years working experience in HR Management in Industry or those who professionally qualified as Chartered/Cost/ Management Accountant/B Tech/LLB etc. Candidates should have completed 20 years of age at the time of application.
