- Job Description:
- The candidate should be able to ensure efficient operations of hot/cold kitchen
- He should have good knowledge of food production, storage, hygiene and efficient kitchen work-flow.
- He would be responsible for the day to day activities of the kitchen.
Desired:
Candidates from Continental Kitchen or Bakery & Confectionery background will be preferred.
Cafe experience preferred.
