Job Description:

• Works on customer portfolio – mainly to collect on the receivables and application of the
• payments to the invoices
• Involved in Collection projects requiring close coordination with Internal departments.
• Expected to escalate in timely manner to concerned individuals to avoid payment delays.
• To get issue resolution through web based tools and ERP solutions.
• Acts as liaison between customers and appropriate internal organization to resolve customer

Desired:

1. Customer service/ Collections experience with transaction processing knowledge
2. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Good analytical skills and strong customer interface.

Location: Gurgaon

Education: Any Graduate / Any PG Course
