Job Description:
- Source Candidates from portals / references / cold calling /headhunting etc. for Mid/senior level sales / ITES requirements
- Meet our existing clients
- Build relations with them and handle targets as an individual.
Desired:
- The recruiter must be exceedingly aggressive, target oriented, hard working, self motivated.
- Should have worked in a target oriented environment and is good at stress management and can handle pressure.
- The recruter would have to do recruitment for top ITES clients for mid and senior level so the person should have decent understanding of the market senario.
- Excellent PR and communication skills would be required.
- The recruiter must be strong on searches, headhunting , cold calling etc.
