Job Description:
1. The candidate will be responsible for:-
Database Maintenance
Attendance
Leave Record
Payroll
Performance Appraisal
Full & Final Settlement
PF& ESI
Issuing Letters (Appointment, appraisal, warning, Experience etc.)
Recruitment & Selection
Employee Relation & Employee Engagement Programmes.
2. The candidate will be responsible to assist HR Manager in Day to Day work

Desired:
-Must be Graduate with Full time or part time MBA.
-Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication with strong hand in Excel.
-Preference would be given to those who have experience in generalist role

Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore

Education: Any GraduateMBA/PGDM
