Job Description:
1) Sourcing: Source relevant candidates for multiple skill sets at multiple locations.
2) Mapping skill-wise and geographical availability of candidates and interviewing relevant candidates.
3) Outstation Recruitment: Synchronize outstation recruitment at multiple locations for multiple skills
4) Pre-assessing short listed candidates
5) Scheduling interviews: Communicate and co-ordinate interviews; interview schedules.
6) Offer Follow up; offer releases for short listed candidates.
7) Post offer follow-up: Continuous follow up with offered candidates to ensure offer to onboard conversion. Co-ordinate with the client and the candidates; queries and changes in date of joining.
Web based recruitment: Posting ads on portals and sourcing relevant profiles
9) Database Management: Sourcing of relevant profiles from the existing database to meet the requirements as per the specifications provided by clientele, built the database of profiles on a continuous basis.

Desired:
1) Candidate should have Excellent Communication Skills
2) Experience:- 0.6 to 3 Years
3) Candidate should be comfortable in direct intraction with client.
4) Should be able to handle Senior management level positions
