The University is located within the Municipal Limits of Faridabad at Nachauli on Old Faridabad – Jasana Road. It has a sprawling campus situated in green pastures and pollution free sylvan surroundings. Academic blocks, Air-conditioned Library, Workshops, Laboratories, Auditorium, Student Activity Centre, Play Grounds, Gymnasium, Hostels etc., are spread over 26.5 acres of land having total built up area of more than one million sq.ft.

Details:
1.      Admission to MBA (Part Time) shall be made on the basis of the inter se Merit determined on the basis of Aggregate percentage of marks in Qualifying Exam (Graduation) , Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
2.      On the basis of marks obtained in the Qualifying Exam (Graduation), a provisional Merit list will be prepared to short list the candidates, to be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The candidates short listed for Group Discussion and Personal Interview shall attend the same at Lingaya’s University, Faridabad, at their own cost.
3.      While preparing the final list in order of Merit, 70% Weightage will be given to the marks obtained in Qualifying Exam, 15% to Group Discussion and 15% to Personal Interview.
4.      In case of more than one candidate scoring the same marks in final list, the candidate, who is senior in age, shall rank higher in order of Merit.
5.      The selected candidate shall have to deposit the Fee* as per the Schedule**.
6.      The second list, if required shall be displayed as per the Schedule.
7.      The selected candidate shall have to deposit the Fee as per the Schedule.
8.      In case the candidate whose name appears in the second list does not deposit the Fee by due date as per the Schedule, loses his/her claim on the seat allotted to him/her. Such seats shall be filled on the basis of the Merit of the Aggregate percentage of the Qualifying Exam.

Sale of Admission Brochure:

The price of Admission Brochure along with the application form is Rs.650/- (Rupees Six Hundred Fifty Only).
This includes the cost of Entrance Test, Group Discussion / Personal Interview wherever applicable. The cost of brochure is non-refundable. No other Fee is to be submitted along with the application form.
The Admission Brochure along with application form will be available on sale from 15th April 09 on all the working days during normal working hours from
Administrative Office (C-72, IInd Shivalik, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017) (9.00 AM – 5.00 P.M.),
Lingaya’s University Campus, Nachauli, Old Faridabad-Jasana Road, Faridaba. (8.30 AM – 4.30 P.M)

Sale By Post:
Admission Brochure along with Application Form can be obtained through registered / speed post. A request in this regard should be sent to the Registrar, Lingaya’s University, C-72, Second Floor, Shivalik, Near Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017.
An Application on plain paper is to be addressed to the Registrar requesting to issue Admission Brochure is to be sent. The Application should clearly mention the name and the address of the applicant;

A Demand Draft of Rs.700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred only) in favor of Lingaya’s University, payable at New Delhi. The name, address and phone no. of the applicant should be clearly mentioned on the back side of the Demand Draft/Pay Order;
Two self addressed slips to be enclosed for communication.
The request for application by post must reach the University latest.
The amount once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The envelope of the application requesting for the issuance of the admission brochure must be super-scribed at the left top corner as “REQUEST FOR ADMISSION BROCHURE FOR THE SESSION 09-10”.
The University will NOT be responsible for the delay, loss or damage, if any (during the transit) of the application/demand draft/pay order for issuance of the admission brochure and for the admission brochure after its dispatch from the University.

Online Application Form:
The candidates desirous to apply online can do so by visiting the University Web site available at http://lingayasuniversity.edu.in. However he/she is required to deposit Rs.650/-(Rupees Six Hundred Fifty Only) in any CBS branch of Bank of India in the account no. 67032011000188 in the name of “Lingaya’s University Admission Fee Account” and give the reference number at appropriate place in the Online Application Form

Submission of Application Form:
The applicants are advised to retain a photocopy of the duly filled-in Application Form before the same is submitted to the University.After the last date is over, application form sent through Registered/Speed Post or by any other means will not be accepted, irrespective of the fact when the form was dispatched/posted. Therefore, candidates are advised to submit their applications at the earliest, instead of waiting for the last date. No document (copies of certificates, mark sheets etc) and Fee is required to be attached with the Application Form. Also no fee is required to be submitted along with the application form

Fees Structure:
Refund of fee : A student is not eligible to receive any refund of the Tuition Fee and the other charges paid for the year, if he/she withdraws or is made to discontinue or name is struck off the rolls. No request for refund of fee will be entertained. He/she has to clear the (fee) dues for the full duration of the course before leaving the University.

Dues : If the dues are not paid by the due date, a late payment fee as prescribed after the due date (including holidays) shall be realized. If the fee is not paid within 15 days (including holidays) after the due date for any reason whatsoever, the name of the defaulting students shall be deemed to have been removed from the rolls of the Institute on the date of default of dues itself. If the cost of any loss or damage which is to be recovered or loss exceeds the amount of caution money, the balance shall be deposited by the student on demand by the concerned authority, failure to do so may result in the removal of the name of student from the Institute’s rolls. All dues to the Institute shall be cleared by the students before they are permitted to appear in the promotional/final/semester exam.
