Job Description:
Drafting & handling correspondence / communication
Managing Appointments and Travel arrangements effectively
Coordinating Executive visits,
Searching information through networks & magazines.
All other related EA/secretarial activities.
Desired:
- The candidate should be a smart and presentable with a 1 year of relevant experience
- Graduate with Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well versed with Microsoft Office applications esp. MS Excel and MS word.
- The candidate should be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and must have the ability to organize, prioritize & execute tasks accordingly.
- Preferably a South Delhi resident.
