Prospectus containing eligibility conditions such as Age, Educational Qualification etc, Recruitment procedure, Prescribed Application Form can be obtained from all the Head Post Offices, Main Sub Post Offices situated at Tehsil Headquarters and other important Sub Post Offices under HP Circle on payment of Rs. 25/- (Re. Twenty five only) by cash at the concerned Post Office counters.
Applications duly completed along with attested copies of the certificates should be received by the Officer concerned on or before 20.10.09 by Registered Post or by Speed Post Only. Applications sent by any other means including by hand will not be considered/ entertained. The Photocopies of Prospectus/ Application Forms will be rejected and no correspondence in this connection will be entertained. The Applications received after due date i.e. after 20.10.09 will be rejected straightaway.
Note: Under Physically Handicapped Quota only Orthopaedically Handicapped candidates those who have a minimum of 40% of physical defect or deformity are eligible to apply.
