Job Description:

Understand client’s manpower requirements.
Source resumes through multiple methodologies ie. Headhunting, networking, ad posting, database search, portal search etc.
Screen resumes as per hiring criteria.
Conduct initial Telephonic screening. Explain about the client and job description to the aspirant.
Forward resumes to the client and do followup with Client-relation team for feedback.
Line up aspirants for multiple levels of selection processes and do followup.
Salary negotiation based on client’s criteria and Works towards the closure.
Create and send Reports.

Desired:

Knowledge in recruitment life cycle (min 3 months recruitment experience in IT/Non-IT/ ITES is Preferred).
Must have good understanding of job market and industry.
Good Communication and team playing skills.
Positive attitude, Self Motivated and aggressive to meet the target.
Should be a flexible person.
Should have ability to handle pressure.
Understanding of Information technology preferred.
Must have working knowledge in any of Office packages ie MS Office, Open Office.
