Join this November for an all-expenses (airfare, hotel, and food) paid trip to the Grand Hyatt in Times Square for the 35th annual Business Today International Conference. Applications will be open until at least the end of July. This conference is open to all students around the world.
The conference will focus on the following themes:
The Business Cycle
* What changes have companies made, both strategically and culturally, to adapt to the current economic environment?
* Will these changes be temporary, or has the fundamental business model of some companies changed as a result of the recession?
* What are recession proof industries doing to take advantage of the downturn?

The Competitive Landscape
 Has the recession hit all the companies within an industry the same?
* How can a company emerge from this recession in a stronger competitive position than when it entered?
* How can a company take advantage of the general weakness among its competitors?

The Evolving Political Environment
* How has government intervention in the financial markets and the fiscal stimulus shaped business over the past year?
* How has this recession changed the current and future business relationship between developed nations such as the United States and emerging economies led by China?
* How will emerging protectionism and increasing government regulation shape business going forward?
